Now is a good time to consider relocation options to states that have better job opportunities and affordable housing. We are not looking for short term or shortcuts but an effective resolution to a desperate national issue. Let’s make the best public investment ever, saving humanity and giving hope!
Social Responsibility: Homelessness in the US
Monday, May 14, 2012
We need to get the people off the streets and into houses but need financial backing and a strong support system. Shelters are great for emergencies but not the most cost effective method to decrease chronic homelessness. Building transitional housing and generating a community of volunteers to help the homeless achieve independence is our goal. Los Angeles has more homeless people than any other US city which is why we need a group effort to better our community and these individual lives.
